Menu: charkhlis mkhali (beet purée), kharcho (walnut beef stew), mokharshuli badrijani saladi (cooked eggplant salad) and cheese pie, served with fresh bread, and salad plates of oil-drizzled cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions and basil. Desserts will also be served.
